Meet the team


Ray Watson


Ray brings in excess of 49 years experience in the finance industry, mostly in Banking, to his role as Director of the Ballarat Lending Centre. He entered the Finance Broking industry eight years ago and after a period of time as Regional Manager for the Australian Lending and Investment Centre, he formed Ballarat Lending Centre in 2010.

He has a strong understanding of credit principles and strives to ensure that his clients receive the best service possible and they have access to a range of loan products and structures to suit their circumstances.

  • Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management)
  • Holder of Australian Credit License 381436

Ray is a member of Commerce Ballarat and is also a member of Geelong Football Club and the MCC.

As well as an interest in gardening, he and his wife, Ann are keen caravanners.
